Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to SerpDetective (the "Service"), operated by LitBuild (d/b/a "SerpDetective") ("LitBuild", "we", "us", or "our").

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's applicable buyer terms and policies.

Refunds

To request a refund, use Paddle's support channels (typically via https://paddle.net) and provide your order/transaction reference from your receipt.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription renewal using the cancellation link in your Paddle emails/receipt or via Paddle support (https://paddle.net). Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

Merchant of Record

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases of the Service and provides first-line order support, including refunds and chargebacks.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required.
