C. Chrome Extension Data
The SerpDetective Chrome Extension is designed to assist with SEO analysis on search engine result pages (SERPs).
- Permissions: the extension may request permission to read and change data on specific domains (for example,
google.com). - Scope: the extension may read the DOM structure on supported SERP pages to extract keywords and rankings.
- Limitation: the extension is not designed to track your browsing history on other websites.
- Transmission: selected keywords and SERP summaries are sent to our servers only when you trigger an action such as "Save" or "Analyze".
D. Payments (Paddle)
We do not store or process your full payment card details on our servers.
Payment processing for the Service is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases and may collect and process payment details, billing address, and certain device/network information (such as IP address) to process transactions, prevent fraud, and handle applicable taxes (VAT/GST).
We may receive limited transaction metadata from Paddle (for example, subscription status, product/price identifiers, and order/transaction references) so we can provision and manage your subscription.
